Only a couple weeks after attending my first Seattle Sounders FC match, I picked up another couple of tickets and invited my friend Mike along. I didn't bring my camera this time, because I wanted to soak in the whole experience out from behind a lens, but luckily enough, Mike had his camera and captured this (very well-focused) photo:

This time around, the match was much more exciting and definitely more offensively powered. After all, there were six goals scored in total when all was said and done, as opposed to the two goals in the first match I attended. The main problem with the offensive nature of the match was that the Sounders FC couldn't quite hold it together once they had built up a two point lead, 3-1. That lead to a heartbreaking draw, and then this.

Despite the falling apart, though, the match was a lot of fun. It was also good to spend some time with Mike, who will be leaving the area and heading east to take root in Spokane this weekend. Perhaps I'll be able to get him out this way again in the future for another Sounders FC match, or better yet, a real football game.
