Here's another fine example of a Mozilla bug rotting on the vine, so to speak. I ran across this one last night as I tried to rename one of my local folders in Thunderbird. Apparently you can't change the case of a folder name without either changing the letters in the name some way first (e.g. changing "saved" to "savedx" and then changing "savedx" to "Saved") or deleting the folder and recreating it afterward. All I wanted to do is make the folder proper case. It's one of those bugs that would probably take five minutes to fix, but instead has sat in the Bugzilla bugbase, unfixed, for nearly three years.
