Here's a quick tip to get your new year started off right. If you can, avoid letting your puppy get a hold of your Netflix DVDs. Why, you (probably didn't need to) ask?

Chewed Up Netflix DVD

Because if you don't, good ol' Netflix is gonna charge you $20 a pop.

Happy New Year!

Dear lord, what happened! (Well, clearly a puppy happened, but still..)

Report the disc as missing in the mail. You won't get charged for it, and provided you don't "lose" too many discs, it never really amounts to anything on your account.

Yoel, I came to that same conclusion after I had already agreed to pay for the "lost or damaged" discs. Normally I'm pretty honest about stuff, especially if there's any kind of brand loyalty involved, but after some of the things I've been reading about Netflix lately I feel stupid not having just claimed they got lost in the mail.
