One of the fine lines I try to walk when designing/developing celebrity-ish websites like Bernie's Coldplay Site or Bernie's Jenny McCarthy Site is that between true content and ad content. I've struggled with this in the past, because the web designer in me doesn't want to have ads at all. The realist in me, though, knows that maintaining such sites takes up a good portion of my time, and it's nice to have some ad revenue coming in to make up for that, as well as cover some of the hosting costs, etc.

When I run across a site like The Post Chronicle, though, I suddenly don't feel so bad.

I considered posting a screenshot, but I think "The Fart Button" (one of the many ads spewed all over the site) just about says it all:
